(PRLEAP.COM) FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ORLANDO, FL–July 21, 2004 — With music that has been described as classic rock meets modern jam-band, SONAR is set to explode when they headline Friday, July 23, 2004 at Orlando’s premiere venue, Hard Rock Live. This 18 + show also will feature performances by rock bands, Backhouse Secrets and Bluelegs, with doors opening at 8:30 p.m. During this performance, SONAR will be recording their live debut CD.

SONAR is comprised of Andrew Ranieri, lead vocals & guitar, Elliott James, drums & vocals, Chris Sullivan, guitar & vocals, and Rob Campbell, bass guitar and vocals. While the group recently formed in April 2004, these faces are no strangers to the Orlando rock scene. Three of the members - Rob, Chris and Elliott - were originally from Stolen Reign while Andrew, originally hailing from New York, performed for some time in Yahoot Magooty, a popular Orlando-based band. They have performed at such popular venues as Slingapours, Cheers, The Social, and are slated to perform at Budweiser’s "Rock the Block" in September.

Hard Rock Live Orlando, a 3,000-capacity concert venue located at Universal Studios CityWalk, showcases music from national acts to emerging artists. Tickets will be available at the Hard Rock Live Box Office for $6.00. Free tickets are also available by emailing the band at info@sonarmuzak.com.
