All States and interested organizations were invited by the
United Nations General Assembly in 1950 to observe 10 December
as Human Rights Day (resolution 423 (V)). The Day marks the anniversary
of the Assembly's adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.

MEDDLE FEST 04 Coming To Walla Walla



(PRLEAP.COM) Walla Walla, WA — Major alternative music bands "Mushroomhead", "Orgy" and "Motograter" will be headlining the first annual "MEDDLE FEST" concert taking place Friday August 13th, 2004 at the Fort Walla Walla Amphitheater in Historic Walla Walla, Washington. The concert will benefit Walla Walla schools and various educational programs throughout the Walla Walla Valley. Also several regional acts are set to perform including Spokane’s own "5 Five Foot Thick" and Yakima, Washington’s "Optumis Prime". Tickets will be available exclusively on-line through www.ticketweb.com and will be priced at $40.00.

The doors for the show will open at 1030am with music starting at 1200pm and going until 1100pm. There will also be an onsight raffle with several autographed items to be given away. Tickets for the raffle will sell for $2.00 a piece and will only be sold on the day of the show at the concert venue.
