Date: 2004.05.01 10:00:22 Category: Advertising From: Debe Campbell Company: The Works Phone: 62-361-423596 (PRLEAP.COM) Bali Masari Resort reopens its 12 villas mid-year as Bali Masari Villas & Spa, following US$300,000 in renovations and upgrades to facilities. Operations for soft opening begin May 1. The1.6 hectare resort, situated alongside the Petanu River near Sukawati village in Gianyar regency, features four one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom villas with private plunge pools. Arranged along the ravine, facilities include an expansive above-ground pool and restaurant. A separate spa and café are being completed for opening later in the year. During the nine-month renovation project, each villa was completely redecorated with an Oriental theme in dramatic yellow or red with gray accents. Mahogany furnishings, marble floors and wooden blinds anchor thatched, cathedral ceiling living areas, complete with a dining room and complete kitchen. Each villa has satellite television and individual CD players. Private balconies and plunge pools appear in each villa garden, some with bale bengong relaxation pavilions. Four of the two-bedroom villas are right along the riverside. The resort, 30 minutes from Ubud and 45 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, prides itself on its relaxing, natural, riverside environment. Area activities include village visits, bicycle outings, treks to nearby waterfalls, tours of the famed Sukawati art market and shuttle services to nearby Sanur and Sukawati. The resort targets small meetings, Europeans, Australians, Asians and the domestic markets. The expansive villas are inviting for families and longer-stays with a home-style environment. A new website, currently under construction, will feature complete resort facilities and reservation details. —end— Contact: Debe Campbell, The Works Public Relations Consultant Tel: (62-361) 423596; Email: info@theworksbali.com |
