The suit claims that EnTech, Speece, and Saldanha have misappropriated code from Portrait Displays’ copyrighted Display Tune® software program and are now marketing and selling the infringing code in EnTech’s product "softOSD’. The suit contains claims for copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, interference with economic advantage, and unfair competition. The suit seeks damages and an injunction against EnTech, Speece, and Saldanha preventing further marketing and sales of the infringing product.
